Hi Guys! It is great to meet you! My name is Cailyn Duval. I am a fitness instructor and health & wellness enthusiast who loves working out and eating damn good food. I’m passionate about creating nutritious meals that are simple and delicious along with sharing tips on living a healthy balanced lifestyle - while loving yourself through it.
I was born and raised in Lafayette, LA. In 2018, I picked up my life and moved to Houston, TX and didn't look back.
When I am not coaching or cooking, you can find me snuggled up with my Aussie pup, Bear, watching reruns of The Office. Any time you see me, you can bet there is a cup of coffee in my hands.
