What’s up y’all?! The holidays are officially over and it’s Day 1, back on the grind. While Christmas and New Years were absolutely amazing and the time off was nice, I’m so ready to get back into the groove of things. I’m kicking off the new year with a healthy recipe that I indulged on for lunch today – GROUND TURKEY LETTUCE WRAP TACOS – and they were insanely delicious.
Finished in under 20 minutes and made with just a few simple ingredients, you can create the perfect lunch or dinner meal that’s healthy and packed with flavor! I topped mine with what I had in the fridge, but these can totally be dressed up into really whatever you like.
